At Jiao Reflexology, we strive to provide a relaxing atmosphere where you can leave your worries at the door and re-center. Please review our policies before booking to ensure a relaxing visit.

Health Conditions
Jiao Reflexology is not a medical facility, and we do not diagnose or treat medical conditions, including those related to the skin or feet. For the safety of our staff and guests, please refrain from visiting if you or a household member have a fever, COVID-19 symptoms, or a communicable illness. If you have a contagious skin condition, such as nail fungus or athlete's foot, reschedule your appointment until it is fully treated. Inform us of any skin or foot conditions before your service. We reserve the right to stop service if a potentially contagious condition is discovered. Please inform us of any allergies or intolerances before your service.

Appointment Policy
Appointments for services lasting 90-120 minutes or for parties of 4 or more require a major credit card guarantee. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early.  All appointments include a 15-minute grace period. Appointments will be automatically canceled if clients arrive more than 15 minutes late.

Service Room Policy

Access to service rooms is restricted to clients receiving services. No individuals, including children, are permitted in the rooms unless they are scheduled for a service.

Cancellation Policy
We require a 3-hour notice to cancel or reschedule without charge. Late cancellations incur a 50% charge, and "no-shows" are charged 100%. A valid credit card is required for booking. If only part of the party attends, charges will apply to all individuals scheduled.

Credit Card Policy

A credit card is necessary to secure reservations for groups of 4 or more and the body service room. Your card will only be charged in the event of a no-show or changes/cancellations are made less than 3 hours before the appointment. Upon arrival, your credit card information will be securely deleted.

Gratuity
Gratuity is not included in service prices. A customary tip is 18-25%. Gratuity can be added to your card or paid in cash. A 20% gratuity applies to groups of 4 or more.

Reservation Policy for Groups/Parties
For parties or groups of 4 or more, reservations must be accompanied by a deposit. Reservation and deposit must be made 2 weeks in advance. A 72-hour cancellation policy applies for groups of 6 or more.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Apple Pay, and Cash.

Gift Certificate Policy
Gift certificates are non-refundable, expire one year from purchase, and have a 30-day grace period. Expired certificates are honored at 50% value within 30 days post-expiration.

Age Requirements
Children under the age of 6 are not permitted on the premises, and services are not available for this age group. Children aged 6-16 must be accompanied by an adult receiving a service to access the premises.

Service Pet Policy

At Jiao Reflexology and Massage Spa, we welcome guests with service pets. To ensure a comfortable experience for all, please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a service pet. Service pets must be well-behaved, remain on a leash or harness, and under control at all times. We ask that service pets not disturb other guests. Non-service animals are not permitted in the spa. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Prenatal and Pregnancy Service Policy

 We do not provide prenatal service. Clients must be over 30 weeks pregnant. Services are not provided for pregnancies less than 30 weeks. Please inform the front desk of your gestational stage upon arrival.

Cell Phone
Please silence your cell phone to maintain a quiet, relaxing atmosphere.

Allergy Policy

Clients with allergies or sensitivities to certain lotions or oils are welcome to bring their preferred products.
